Calling all founders & inventors! Ever worried if anyone will actually use your product? Not sure how to find users to talk to or how to make sense out of user feedback? Or maybe you have concerns about usability and want to know if your device or app is “user-friendly” enough. No matter what challenges you face with UX, usability and/or product-market fit, help is here!

About the UX consultant, Karen T. Lin:
Originally from Boston, Karen is a UX & consumer behavior consultant who invests in startup teams that want user-validated insights for their products and prototypes. Now based in Taipei, Karen has mentored for ALPHA Camp, Lean Startup Machine Taipei, and H.Spectrum startup teams. With a background in Human Factors & Ergonomics (HFE) and over 11 years in User Experience (UX) for e-commerce & apps, Karen is uniquely positioned to help teams pivot their way to meaningful innovation for the multi-device, multi-platform world.
